Where we ship

We deliver to all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States, to mainland addresses. Islands and overseas territories (e.g. Corsica, French overseas departments, Balearic and Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, Sicily, Sardinia, Greek islands) are not served for now, and parcel forwarding services are not accepted.

Carriers

Parcels are shipped with FedEx within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, and with UPS to the United States. The carrier is shown when you choose your delivery method and in your shipping email.

Delivery times

Each order is prepared within 2 business days, then shipped. Standard transit times: 4–6 business days (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden), 5–6 days (Poland, Finland, Switzerland, Norway), 2–4 days (Baltic states), 4–7 days (United Kingdom), 2–5 days (United States), 8–11 days (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia). Express: 1–2 business days in most countries, 3–4 days for Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus and Malta. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

European Union, standard delivery: €5.90, free from €80. Express delivery and shipments outside the EU: calculated by country and parcel weight, shown before payment. Express is not available to the United States; Cyprus and Malta are served by express only.

Outside the European Union

For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the carrier or the destination country's authorities and are payable by the recipient.

A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. You can also find it, with the estimated delivery date, in your account (My orders).
